Vintage Coach Classic Shoulder Bag No. 9170 Made in the USA Serial number is unique - dates to late 70s early 80s before the serial number included the model number. Pre-owned Good Condition. See photos for stains, a scratch, and one repair (both done before I got the bag). Genuine Leather. Extreme soft - excellent patina for a bag of this era. Flap Closure Solid Brass hardware Original Hang Tag Front pocket under flap Unlined Lining zipper pocket. Measurements: 10" x 9" x 4" Adjustable Strap: 16.5" This is one of the oldest classic pouch bags I have seen - based on the antique zipper pull on inside pocket shown in photos. Leather is well cared for and conditioned - comes from my personal collection. This bag is a piece of Coach history. The original Coach Bag. Simplest of unlined pouches with a minimum of hardware.
