Looks like silk! Pretty cream colored blouse with slightly puffed sleeves, pleats down top shoulders on front and sleeve. 4 buttons and tie on front. Button at bottom of sleeves. 100% polyester. The silky fabric looks good and feels good, because it's crafted from recycled materials, like plastic bottles, fabric scraps and old clothes. Body length: 25 1/2" Machine wash. Never worn. Excellent condition.
