This is the Hill House ‘Noemie skirt and top.’ The top and the skirt are both a size medium. I purchased them new for an event and never wore them — I have a golden retriever and his fur is not compatible with black! They are wrinkled bc they have been stored in the original packaging. 100% cotton, fits like a dream, and is completely stunning. The skirt measurements are included! The waist stretches to 17.5 inches and would likely fit for a range of sizes, but a 6/8 best.
