Approximately 28 inches across the chest, with ties on both sides. It's thin but can be worn in 30-40 degree weather.

Hi, It looks like the picture. I only wore it once, but I will take pics when I get home Monday. The coat was fairly warm. I wore it in NYC cold winters.
