cushion cut halo amethyst in sterling silver. bought almost 20 years ago from Gordon's Jewelers. I don't know if the Amethyst is genuine or Lab created but after all these years still looks beautiful. the smaller stones are white sapphires (not diamonds) it's a size 6.
