This is a super cool short sleeve black tee with a bold silver skull design from Hot Topic. Perfect for casual wear. This is gently tested with no defects other than the scratchy tag was removed, and there is a small hole where the tag was at the back neckline that is completely unnoticeable, shown in the photo.
