I ran in these Hokas every other day, 5 days a week, for approximately 3 months. There are not any rips or tears to the upper. However, there is some wear to the inside lining of the right shoe, as seen in image 8. They have been washed & are ready for a new home. They would be perfect for casual use. ***Size stamped men's 7, which is the equivalent of a women's size 8. The insole of a women's size 8 shoe is the exact same size as the men's size 7.***
