Hello thank you for the offer!! I just looked again at the measurements. Pit to pit is 19”. That’s like a size medium/large. Would you say that blouse runs big for a size 4?? My mother in law is about 100lbs and petite. What are your thoughts before I purchase? I just love it so❤️. I appreciate your input 🥰

@texastdemaio1 I'm really not sure. This and almost all of the petite items I have listed belong to a friend of mine. She was wearing mostly size petite XS-S and 2P-4P.
