Yes these are all real gemstones. The 7mm faceted Black Spinel is very shiny. That means that it has excellent cut and polish. Black Spinel is an 8 on the Mohs Scale with 10 being a Diamond. So this is a very hard gemstone that gives you the sparkle of a Black Diamond without the cost. The Cultured Freshwater Pearls are “enhanced” a peacock silver black. That means that you can see other colors on the pearl as if it were a Black Tahitian Pearl. The only true black pearls are the Tahitian pearls. The pearls are also blemish free! I purchased these while in Hong Kong.
