Stunning dress, never worn. This Teuta Matoshi dress is the cerulean wildflower gown. Is has 3-D floral embroidery covering the entire gown. The dress is sheer and comes with an underskirt from the brand. The skirt has a thigh slit on the right hand side. The measurements on the top when laid flat are 16 inches at the waist and 19 inches at the top with room for the bust. My personal measurements are 37.5 inches at the bust, 32 inches at under bust and 32.5 at the waist and the dress will zip at that size. Length from top of corset to bottom is 56 inches
