this is adorable. what is waist an length? is there any stretch to it?

Nope, no stretch as such, all the fabric is woven (and gorgeous!). Waist is just at 29" and length is 17 1/2". It sits at the waist. European size 36. I'm a US 4 or 6 in most brands that stick to the standard sizing. I feel this one fits a little bit more like a 4.
