White Tiered Ruffled Elegant Maxi Dress

Brand new with tags. The material is the chest area is pulled, not sure how to describe it but the stitching isn’t right in some areas. I’m not sure if this could be fixed but it arrived like this. Beautiful dress and thick material! Has double lining so it isn’t see through. The straps are adjustable by tying them. Stretchy top and very comfortable when tried on. Can be worn casual or dressed up! I was going to wear this to my bridal shower.
