Unisex band; can be worn on a man, ideal for a woman's thumb ring, or place it on your neck chain. Stainless steel holds up well. Yellow Gold electroplated. New with tags From my salon boutique. Round white crystal stones surrounding the entire band. I believe I measured this at 4mm.
