🇨🇦Suttles & Seawinds Vintage 1990s Quilted Floral Vest – Pink Purple Blue Green

Vintage quilted vest from the 1990s, designed & made in Canada by Vicky Lauzon, a designer known for the beauty of her prints & the quality of her quilting and detailing. Quilted vest using harmonized prints: one with Victorian-style tapestry mini florals, the other with bold, large-scale painterly florals. Both on a black background with shades of blue, pink, purple, fuchsia, and Kelly green; the Victorian tapestry print also includes touches of white and brown. Zigzag ribbon bands between the prints visually separates prints. Made of rayon, a fabric that drapes and layers well. Style over fine wool in cooler months or over cottons and linen in warmer weather. Labelled size XL with a generous, open vest cut. Very low arm openings allow comfortable wear across multiple sizes & maternity wear. The front hem slopes diagonally from the sides toward the center, creating a point, while the back hem is straight — see photos on the floor for shape and cut. Measurements (inches, flat & approx.): Back shoulder to shoulder (outer edges): 16” Pit to pit (at 12.5” down from shoulder): 20” Length, to shortest front hem point : 20.5” Length, to longest front hem point: 25” Back length: 20.5” Potential reversibility: The reverse side is fully finished & could be worn outward if labels are removed.
