What is the condition? Pet free and smoke free? An stains or tears? What are the measurements from pit to pit? Thank you!

@jessejo1 condition is barely worn- I took it on one trip to nyc :) pit to pit is approx 20inches. Smoke free home but I do have dogs (it was kept in garment bag in closet away from dogs)
