@shelliebranson yes, it does! I can see how the picture makes it hard to tell. There’s a small handle for carrying by hand and a shoulder strap.

Pretty bag! Any marks or scratches and would you please share measurements? Looks like about 9" by 7" by 2" but that's just a guess.
