houseof_madison @sabrinacat83 Hi Sabrina, I wanted to reach back out to you. The bridal gowns aren't returnable in my shop because we don't want to risk them getting damaged/dirty with try-on's. We want our brides to have the most beautiful and perfect dress. However, Poshmark now offers a program called "SEEL" which allows you to return items to a third-party company without worry...this is a great option but as a small seller myself; I can't risk any damage to the bridal gown.
