Mike, I would give it a 9–9.5. And only because it's not new with tags. I personally have never worn it because it was just slightly big for me and I ended up buying a different one. I bought it to use on the golf course and wanted it to be a little tighter fitting. Also, I saw that you made an offer check your messages so we can complete everything.
