I believe this is all man made materials, but it looks expensive like leather. The outside has one zipper pocket, inside opens w/by zipper to one compartment. On one side— zipper pocket, other side 2 open pockets.
Great details and quality. Originally there was a shoulder strap, it is no longer on the purse. The two rings are still on purse where you can attach a new one.
