gabriellasglam@tzengtif hi! It’s in perfect condition and was dry cleaned. I think it would work for a smaller chest because it’s adjustable. I am 5’6 and wore this with heels and it was just about touching the ground so it is long. I never had it hemmed, but if you are shorter then i would say it requires a hem
