What are the dimensions, please? And is there any stretch?

@smettes2 hello! there is a stretchy waistband with a tie. the lining is 100% polyester. pit to pit it is about 19in stretched out. 50.5 approximately from top of shoulder down. 35in from chest down (shortest front length) and 52 in back length of dress (longest part).
