Minimal wear and minimal rubs. The zippers are in working order with original zipper pulls. The strap is in excellent condition, and there is no cracking. Please look at all the pictures. There has been a repair done to where the strap attaches to the bag but is still functional and secure. Add a twilly or a bag charm, and the repair is not noticeable.
