@sassyco hi! All of these measurements are approximate. I would say the dress is a true xs 0/2. When I was 0/2 it fit like a glove. There is very little stretch in the material. The pit to pit is 16” across, but because the bust is high in this dress I feel like that is partial overbust. The waist is about 13” across. The hip is 16-17 across depending on where it falls on you. I have a long torso so it was probably 17” across on me. Hope this helps!

Thank you! Anna Sui samples were size 4s or 6s for a number of years (about 2005 to 2020) but older stuff (and recent stuff, again) seems to be true sample size--tiny!
