Do you know if the straps are stretchy at all? Or is the heel narrow?

@lovely_stylez hi! They traps stretch a little bit but not too much give they are sturdy to hold your foot in place! They’re too big for me by 1/2-1inch! They should fit a medium sized foot and the heel is super chunky! Very easy to walk in
