jackiesclosetny@scarlet_hearth Yes it does.. with the experience I have with House of CB normally only the dresses that have corset are normally the ones that run smaller. But, this is the same as size chart. :) Only thing if you are going to purchase I am at my warehose for another 30 minutes to 1hr. Then I will not be shipping any items today.
