@jgaither2 Thanks. Is whatever going on with the flap interior causing the front of the bag to be somewhat misshapen? And would you know if the...I don't know if it's a stain or a hardened substance, can be removed?

@reds_123 the mark is causing the mishap on the flap. Not sure if it can be corrected, I haven’t attempted. The mark on the interior has a little texture to it. Hope this helps
