Worn only once, this dress is in like new condition (as far as I can tell anyways there is A LOT of tulle and many ruffles to examine). It has sold out twice and for good reason! Fun to wear and one that really does last two years (4T/5T) thanks to smocking, this was one of four dresses we had in this style— a mother/daughter fave!
