Excellent preowned condition! Doesn’t really look like any sequins are missing, just maybe moved around where some seams are? Review photos carefully and keep in mind this is a vintage piece! This gorgeous skirt was seen on Serena Van Der Woodsen played by Blake Lively on Gossip Girl! Unfortunately this skirt was just a big small on me (it has no stretch) so I can’t justify keeping it.
