This skirt has an elastic waist correct?

@sarrabragdon hi! There’s actually no elasticity in the waist at all, even tho the design looks that way. For reference the waist measures 13.5 inches, or 27 inches all the way around. Hope that helps! Let me know if you have any other questions:)
