Black velvet material that is stretchy and flowy and somehow very cool on your skin. The legs are very wide and move beautifully. I think this could fit various sizes. I’m a 4 and could see this fitting an 8-10. Stretchy waist band that is not constricting. Not familiar with this brand but this is a nice piece. And the velvet does not attract lint, either.
