Purchased last winter with the intention of hiking in wet weather. Never did. Used the recently 4-5 times to walk the dog in the field behind my house. My first experience with Altras. I don't like the fit for me. Bought and used the Lone Peak 9+ as I prefer the low cut. The photos are part of the description. I wiped them clean but even so there is a tiny bit of debris.
