Absolutely gorgeous authentic Japanese kimono in an inky black base with a whimsical floral design spaced throughout. Flowers are a salmon pink and metallic silver tinsel-like thread. Outer textured material feels a bit like canvas. Fully lined in a soft cotton or linen blend. I am only the second owner of this beauty piece and have never worn it.

The fabric is you say “canvas” not silk?

@kdewald2017 not quite that rough but it has a texture to it. It is straight from Japan but there’s no tags so I can’t say if it’s silk. I’ve touched 100% silk that is extremely lightweight and soft and this doesn’t feel like that.
