In very good used condition, there is one light mark near the end of one sleeve (see photos) which should come out with a dry cleaning. There is some wrinkling from improper storage but no damage/defects otherwise. Comes with two replacement buttons and features two outer pockets, two inner pockets and one pen pocket.
