Luscious ruffles float at the layered skirt of this satiny dress styled with a waist-defining tie. It's a beautiful cerulean blue (between teal and sky blue). The fabric has a subtle pattern. I bought this because it is the perfect dress to wear to a more casual professional setting while still looking polished. It has a hook-and-eye at the bust for modesty. The gathering at the front is flattering. So is the slit for a peek of leg. It's a very cool cut with very high-end details. Extremely well made including a lined skirt.
