This comfy, flowy and stylish blue patterned dress is perfect for any occasion. Sleeves are 3/4ish and the dress itself is in like new condition. Worn once, but I really never go out anymore and it is sad in my closet, unworn! It has a roomy fit and would be good for a true size large or maybe even an XL. I find Lilla P sizing to be generous.
