Super stretchy and super soft fabric of 72% rayon, 26% poly, 2% spandex. Measures flat: 15" waist unstretched, 28.5" inseam (tag says 30" but I had them shortened). Almost like new condition as worn only once then laundered. Fabulous flattering fit!
