@gloria_abreu26 It was hemmed a little from the bottom, but that was it. It is a size 10. And I am 5'3" but wore 4 inch heels for my wedding and it was still long.

the belt in the second to last pic was sewed on but can easily be removed- it has 3 stiches and can easily be removed. it was stitched so it doesnt move during the event. But is easily removable and was costly when purchased from Davids bridal.

@gloria_abreu26 One more thing, I had some clasps attached to the top of the sleeves so they can be attached to an under shirt so i can have more coverage, they are not visible and can be removed. If you want the under garment let me know its the same material as the dress.
