toniciampa88 @ravenwolf As you can see from the pictures, that watch is brand new. I even have the blue Invicta case that it came in. I recently sold another Invicta watch brand new that still had the plastic on it exactly like this watch that you purchased and the customer absolutely loved it and rated it 5 stars! I’m not sure how the watch doesn’t work when it’s brand new.

toniciampa88 @ravenwolf I’m not really worried about the rating. I’m more concerned about you receiving a brand new watch that isn’t working. Please try another battery and keep me posted. I couldn’t add a better description of the watch based on its condition being “new” and I didn’t want to take the plastic wrapping off of it and have the value go down.
