Made from dark navy blue denim-like fabric, and red multicolor plaid fabric. Semi-stretchy overall. The hat has wire in the brim and can be shaped however you’d like! Cold shoulder / off-shoulder tank combo dress. Flares out with a couple ruffled layers from the hips down. Poofy / puffy bust & shoulders / sleeves. Patchwork accents all over, pin-on flower in the center of the bust, faux buttons down the front, faux straw / hay lined fringe-like bottom edge. Zipper down the back for closure, opens / closes / zips properly - sewing defective as stated above! Measurements: (Taken lying flat, unstretched) Top to Bottom is approximately 31 inches. Bust is approximately 34 inches. Waist is approximately 30 inches. Hip is approximately 36 inches. Bottom Edge / Sweep is approximately 56 inches. Hat is approximately 13 inches tall.
