What is the waste measurement? Would it fit 26 inches. And would the chest fit a full C cup?

@emilygripentrog I think the dress will fit a full C cup. It is bra, friendly in the front and the back. The waist is 13.5 inches.

What I meant to say is the waist is 13.5 inches across laying flat so a 16 inch waist would be perfect.
