Eloquii White Puff Sleeve Babydoll Dress NWT Size 16

Reposhing this item I purchased from @thelillypad16 Very cute dress, I just do not have enough shoulders to hold up the sleeves LOL. I tried it on and immediately repackaged it. The chest part is stretchy, but sleeves and skirt are non-stretch cotton. The skirt is unlined, would recommend wearing with shorts or a slip.
