the waist and back areas are transparent and beaded, as well as the straps.
it has a slit with ruffles / sweep train
zipper is on the side and hidden
can’t be found anywhere else / one of a kind
i don’t know what year it was made, but it reminds me of the early 2000’s.
no signs of wear / no snags on beading
