New and never used. Has three different vibration speed levels to set when cleansing face. Red light, blue light and yellow light settings. Please look up videos on it if unfamiliar with how to use. It was sent to me with no instructions. The charging port as you can see does not sit flat so I laid it down to charge it and that position works. Or you can sit it inside of like an empty cup or jar upwards to charge. Box is a little worn because it's been in storage. Comes with everything you see. Only usb no port.
