hi!! would you say these are good with traction? and is 8 the size youd normally wear or did you size down? I was reading some reviews that recommended sizing down.

@asxpsamantha hi! Yes the traction is good. For sizing, I’m usually an 8.5 and these fit me. So I guess they do run a little big maybe half a size!
