Fantastic vintage Middle Eastern silver nomadic jewelry! This is an old piece. The length is 10 1/4" long. By adding ties or chain, you can make this into a choker, arm band or anklet as the original has deteriorated. I love the bright colored mirrored and glass pieces on this. This vintage Kuchi piece is packed full of detail and pattern. Tons of dangles with little balls. It softly jingles with movement! It has an aged patina and makes a great sound! The main section is created from silver metal linked pieces. The glass accents are in emerald green, cobalt blue, ruby red and fuchsia pink. Fabulous bohemian statement! Please keep in mind that most Kuchi and Turkoman / Turkmen / Turkomen items are old and used items with a distinct aged patina. They are a nomadic Afghan people who have created amazing jewelry for centuries. Their colorful jewelry combines new, old, metal, beads, coins, stones and fabric. Many pieces are worn due to being used from every day wear, tribal celebrations, belly dance and wedding uses. They are made with a coin-base metal alloy.
