Hey I wasn’t sure how to message you. I was looking and I asked another one of the people that were in attendance of the show yesterday about it. I’m the one who won the auction and I asked her where the notification was in my sales cause it’s showing up as a charge. I’m not sure what is going on or what I have to do. @susanponta Hi - it has been reflecting as reserved since the show. was it an accidental bid? or were you intending on purchasing? I reached out to Posh for them to remove the Reserve since I wasn't sure what happened and i was trying to message you in the show too. :) I have never had anything show Reserved before so this is new to me.

@susanponta there must have been some sort of Posh glitch during the run because it showed "Sold" when you bid but then it went to reserved so not sure if it was a payment issue or glitch. Either way, we can get this sorted out. I think Posh now has to remove the Reserved or something they said it should have removed within ten mins of the show ending but it is still being held. I can create a new listing and you can purchase on that one if you want! since they are taking their time to rectify

@ksums_luxury there is definitely an authorization for 300 or close to $300 on my account and I know I did buy other items but the other items were $29. The other one was 30 something so it has to be that I am also seeing an order number. Was there any order number generated with this or associated with it on your end?
