ray_cheesy Hi :) what is the waist measurement?

piepie365 @ray_cheesy Hi, I measured where the gathered skirt is attached to the bodice and it is 19" across. But on me, that's not where my waist is. My natural waist is actually in the gathered skirt below that seam, so that part of the dress is very roomy. (So that waist seam is a little deceptive, I guess it's supposed to be like a high waisted design. )

ray_cheesy @piepie365 oh gotcha!! That makes sense. I looked at your closet and you seem to have a smaller body than me. I am a true to size medium so I wanted to check the waist. I do have a small frame but am super tall so sizing gets tricky.

piepie365 @ray_cheesy that’s the tricky part about online shopping😕 I think length is not a problem since this dress is quite long. Does the bust measurement seem like it would fit you?

piepie365 @ray_cheesy cool! How long would you want the total length to be? (From shoulder seam to waist seam is about 14.5” inches, and the skirt part is 28” currently in case you’re wondering)
