Chico’s light blue crop high rise pants. They are women’s size 10, Chico’s size 1.5. They are preowned but in good condition. They have a small spot on the front, right leg, near the knee (see circled photo). They can be rolled up to a crop style pant and secured with a single button strap, or they can be rolled down to be a full length pant.
