soledoutca@prairieyogi Hello! Yes, with different shoes it can vary. For adidas shoes the womens equivalent to a youth shoe is +1 whereas for Nike for example the womens equivalent is +1.5. So for this shoe if you’re a 7 womens I’d say a 6Y. I haven’t had any complaints about sizing from previous orders.
