hchabot @millypinkywilly Hi! Because this is a pinafore style with a flexible design, it doesn't have a completely rigid waistband. Laid flat and completely relaxed, the waist area measures approximately 13 inches across (about a 26 inch circumference).However, because of the elastic smocked paneling on the back, it stretches out to around 13.5 inches flat (about a 27-inch max circumference). According to the Ulla Johnson size chart, it is designed to best fit a standard 25.5-inch natural waist.
